Hi, I’m Pauline McGuirk-Penedo, a licensed hairstylist and a lifelong learner passionate about personal and professional growth. Originally from Dublin, Ireland, I'm also a proud wife to Paul and a mother to my three most significant accomplishments: Jo, Alli, and Conor.

With 15 years of experience running my own small business, I’ve gained deep insight into the resilience and resourcefulness required to succeed. I’ve learned how to be a better leader and how to navigate challenges that only a small business owner truly understands. I know firsthand the roller coaster of emotions—from the excitement of success to the stress of uncertainty.
